Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. The changes take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference.
What are the member limits per plan?
Free supports up to 5 members; Basic supports up to 30 members; Premium supports up to 100 members; Enterprise is unlimited. Each plan also determines how many check-in locations you get — Basic includes 1, Premium includes 3 free with extra slots unlockable via credits, and Enterprise has unlimited.
Which plans include biometric check-in?
Biometric check-in (fingerprint/Face ID via device sensor — no hardware required) is available on Premium and Enterprise plans. Basic plan supports QR code and Timio ID check-ins.
How do I unlock more check-in locations?
Premium plan includes 3 free check-in locations. Additional slots cost 5,000 communication credits each (≈ ₦5,000) — a one-time permanent unlock. You can purchase credits at any time from the billing section. Enterprise plans include unlimited locations at no extra cost.
Which plans include overtime and payroll reports?
Overtime tracking and payroll reports (with configurable multipliers and pay rates by role) are available on Premium and Enterprise plans. The Reports page shows overtime hours per employee and estimated earnings per role, exportable to CSV.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees! All paid plans include free onboarding assistance to get you started quickly.

The Free plan supports up to 5 members with basic web check-in (including biometric check-in) and 1 month of data history — no time limit and no credit card required. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more members, GPS check-in locations, or advanced reporting.
